A set of fittings for a wardrobe-bed 2000x1600 on gas lifts (Ukraine)

The set of accessories uses a mechanism for gas lifts, Ukrainian production, Jupiter. These mechanisms are suitable for use in both single and double beds, the force of the mechanism is determined by the power of the gas lift. The movement is made of 5mm steel and equipped with a needle roller bearing. The frame is completely welded, not collapsible, the pipe thickness is 50x25mm. Angles for fastening the facade are welded along the perimeter of the frame.
The assembly of the bed cabinet on this set of fittings includes the following sequence:
- assemble the cabinet body and attach it to the wall
- attach the mechanism to the cabinet posts and screw the lamellar block to it.
- install gas lifts on the mechanism
- attach the facade to the lamellar block, screw the locking bar on the inside of the bed, and, depending on the location of the facade relative to the lamellar block, make a hole in the frame for attaching the leg and screw it on, after which the bed is ready for use.
