COMPLEX PROJECT IN WARSAW QUARTER

We have created a cool complex project for the owner of a one-room apartment in the "Varshavsky Kvartal" residential complex.
Our regular customer fell in love with the idea of smart apartments and is engaged in creating an interesting project of smart apartments with full functionality. As we specialize in innovative transformable furniture, we know how to make the most of the space in small apartments.

To implement this project, we were given the task of creating a full-fledged kitchen, with a large kitchen surface, designing a full-fledged bed for a bed size of 160x200 and also creating a comfortable workplace and the highlight of our TK was that all elements could be hidden from the eyes of the guests. We immediately realized that this would be a very interesting project to implement.

We started working with the kitchen, our designers found a very interesting solution - to make lifting facades that will open and close the kitchen surface. Our customer really liked the idea. When implementing this version of a transformable kitchen, it is important to take into account how high the facades should rise so that they do not interfere with cooking and at the same time are not too high. This calculation takes into account the growth of the owners and the desired lifting height is selected individually for them. We installed a long countertop under the facades, installed a sink, and hid the hood. Separately, we created a large niche for the refrigerator. Throughout the apartment they used material - matt painted MDF, and instead of standard handles - profile handles. Due to this solution, the overall design is felt in any corner of the apartment. The dining area was replaced with a transforming table that transforms from a coffee table into a full-fledged dining table for 6 people.

The sleeping area is represented by a transforming bed, which is made in white MDF with UV photo printing. The bed can be opened by means of a handle-profile and has a support in the form of a leg-facade. We supplemented the bed niche with side lights and a Rolly soft headboard.

A large wardrobe in the apartment performs several functions: a workplace and a wardrobe. Yes, we have created a full-fledged workplace in the closet, which is hidden behind the facades. We also made a built-in niche for a robotic saw in the closet, due to this it does not stand out from the general interior.
