RC "Signature" | Smart-appart

We would like to present you a project for the "Signature" residential complex. We love to make complex solutions for smart apartments, since we have more freedom for creativity and cool, unusual ideas.

 

For this project, we have designed and implemented furniture for the living room, which, with the help of our smart solution, turns at night into a sleeping area with a sleeping place equipped with a high-quality orthopedic mattress. We also developed a furniture project for the kitchen area, which is combined with the dining area. And in the hallway they installed full-height cabinets.

 

So let's start with the living area. It is interesting that the interior designers decided to make the ceiling in the "loft" style, but at the same time that the furniture would be in such a restrained austere style. The combination of "loft" with tinted dark mirrors, which are found in the interior more than once, looks aesthetically cool. In a huge number of fabrics, the choice fell on suede, which on the one hand looks classic and restrained, and on the other, add a touch of frankness to the interior. The optimal size for a folding bed is 160x200cm. Opposite the wardrobe-bed-sofa module there is a TV area, which we visually decorated from mirrors of different sizes.

 

Now let's move on to the next kitchen zone. We made an open kitchen area, the main colors of the chipboard of which are Nebraska Oak and Anthracite, so that the kitchen has details that echo the rest of the furniture in the apartment. In the main kitchen area, we hid a trash can, a dishwasher, and a storage space for kitchen utensils. A dining area was installed along the kitchen area near the window, the level of which is much lower than the kitchen itself and accommodates 3 seats.

 

In general, it turned out to be a very cool, interesting design of a smart apartment. Although the area of ​​the apartment itself is not large, but due to the transforming furniture, spacious housing was obtained.
