How to live in an apartment with an area of ​​only 18 square meters?

 

Buying such an apartment, the first problem that arises for smart home owners is how to place everything, so that you don't have to learn to fly and there is a place to turn around. To be honest, if before 2006 (we installed the first transforming bed) they came to us with such a task, we would most likely have worked on this project for a very long time, because we would not know how to do it correctly. But thanks to transforming furniture of any type, this task has become doable.

 

We implemented this project for the "Munchausen" residential complex and thought out in detail every detail in order to optimize the space as much as possible. The main way to save money is to install a wardrobe-bed-sofa. In this object, we installed the SOUL AVTOMAT model, the support of which is a folding leg shelf. Also, this model has an automatic folding sofa. The color scheme of the whole object is made in light brown tones, due to which we got a cozy, warm interior. Opening the transformer, we get a full-fledged bed 160x200 with a soft headboard.

 

Opposite the sofa, we installed a large full-length chest of drawers for storing things, and it also serves as a TV stand. In addition to the transforming bed, we also installed a transforming chest of drawers: the top wall rises and a dressing table is hidden under it, in addition to it, there are a large number of drawers for storing things.

 

The kitchen and dining area also has its own secrets: because you need to find a place to place a table for two people and a tabletop or table on which you can prepare food. We decided to combine these two necessities in a transforming table. Due to the sliding mechanism, the upper part is pulled back to create a dining area for two people. There is a hob and a sink opposite the table.

 

In general, it turned out to make the most functional housing for a young couple. And at the same time, have enough space for movement during the day and a full sleeping place at night.
