Is it possible to make a nursery for 3 children on 16 square meters?

 

Of course yes. Smart Mebel is a specialist in "impossible" tasks. We were able to create a cozy, separate space for each child and still get enough free space in the room.

 

We were tasked with creating a nursery for two boys and a toddler, so it was important to create a furniture design that would be suitable for both sexes. To visually expand the space, we decided to use an effective method - to make the main color white. The interior was supplemented with inserts from chipboard Stone Oak (wardrobe, work tables and shelves). For the boys, a large part of the room was allocated, in which separate areas were created for each baby: a desk, a separate wardrobe for storing things, clothes and a wardrobe-bed for a berth size 90x200cm. During the day, due to the transformation mechanism, a spacious room for active games is obtained, and at night a full-fledged bedroom with a bed and orthopedic mattresses, where children recover their strength after an active day. We have supplemented the sleeping places with soft headboards and lamps with USB-connectors for charging the phone, sheets, e-books.

 

A separate area was created for the baby, which was separated by a large bookcase for books and toys. In this part of the room, we installed a 90x200 transforming bed, which was complemented by a wide sofa about two meters long. The transforming bed has a built-in stopper, which ensures maximum safety and does not allow the bed to accidentally close itself. Each bed is equipped with straps that secure the bedding, which allows the bedding to remain on the bed during the opening and closing process. There are niches under the soft cushions of the sofa in which you can store bed linen, pillows, old toys, etc.

 

The result is a spacious children's room - during the day and sleeping places with orthopedic mattresses - at night.
